Join the Quality Engineering team within Branch and Infrastructure Technology Solutions.
Deliver high-quality software for colleague-facing and customer-facing applications in Canadian Personal Banking.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end quality and delivery for large, complex systems, including automation, governance, environments, and quality gates.
- Lead automation-first validation across API, UI, data, and integration layers.
- Define the pod's end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy, test architecture, environments, test data, and release criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across pods, platform teams, vendors, and external dependencies.
- Create quality dashboards covering coverage, pass rates, flakiness, defect leakage, and release readiness.
- Lead defect triage and root-cause analysis using logs, traces, and telemetry.
- Plan major-release test execution, dry runs, change windows, parallel execution, and go/no-go recommendations.
- Standardize test frameworks, introduce service virtualization or mocking, and optimize cycle time through CI/CD integration.
- Act as the primary Quality Engineering stakeholder contact and lead and mentor engineers.
- Implement AI solutions in the Quality Engineering workflow.
