Quality Engineer role based in Dubai with a focus on quality engineering, test automation, and modern software testing practices.
Core Technical Skills
- Test automation tools include Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Rest Assured.
- Programming technologies include Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Spring Boot.
- CI/CD technologies include GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.
- Cloud and container technologies include AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- API and performance testing tools include Postman, JMeter, and k6.
- Event-driven technology knowledge includes Solace and Kafka.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement API, contract, integration, and microservices testing approaches.
- Define and implement test architecture, automation standards, and quality engineering best practices across products and platforms.
- Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, backend, and end-to-end testing.
- Build and optimize CI/CD and continuous testing pipelines to accelerate release velocity and improve quality outcomes.
Secondary Technical Skills
- AI/GenAI capabilities include LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing platforms.
