Role Overview
Lead, coach and inspire a team of Quality Partners within Primo Foods' manufacturing environment at Chullora.
Work closely with Operations to embed food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement into daily production.
The role is hands-on and focused on technical quality leadership and consumer safety.
Quality Operations
- Oversee quality checks, line inspections, environmental monitoring and product testing.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, sanitation standards and food safety programs.
- Lead investigations into non-conformances, quality incidents and customer complaints using structured root cause analysis.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
Collaboration and Improvement
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning, Laboratory, NPD and R&D teams.
- Support customer visits and regulatory, customer and third-party audits.
- Translate quality metrics into operational and business insights.
- Support product launches, process changes, validations and continuous improvement initiatives.
