Position Summary
Support the Quality Manager and Project Director in enforcing the project Quality Assurance and Control System.
Author, manage, and audit quality, compliance, materials, equipment, and facility policies under company, client, and ISO 9001 requirements.
Coordinate with the PNR Quality Manager to align the project Quality Management System with the company system.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with project-specific quality plans, procedures, work methodologies, and work instructions.
- Assist with Inspection and Test Plans covering required inspections, tests, monitoring activities, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee quality testing and inspections through reviews, audits, assessments, and inspections.
- Audit quality functions to verify compliance with current standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Audit processes for asset maintenance, state of good repair, and housekeeping on customer property.
- Investigate, report, track, and close client complaints, non-compliance reports, and work deficiencies.
- Present status reports to the Quality Manager and Project Director before submission to the client.
- Evaluate supplier performance and interim and final deliverables for project compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
