About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform final quality checks on custom printed products before dispatch
- Verify print quality, color accuracy, finishing, dimensions, and quantities against customer requirements
- Identify and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with the production team
- Approve completed jobs for dispatch
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery schedules
- Prepare delivery documents and maintain QC and dispatch records
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure on time deliveries
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in quality control within the printing industry
- Good knowledge of custom printing processes and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

Job Summary
- Responsible for conducting final quality inspections of custom printed items before delivery to customers. Ensures all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards, while coordinating dispatch and timely deliveries.
