Job Description
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and service
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety procedures are followed
- Check taste, freshness, portioning, and overall food quality
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for quality improvement
- Maintain QC reports and daily checklists
- Identify issues and report corrective actions to management
- Ensure compliance with company standards and HACCP procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food quality control or restaurant operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
