Responsibilities
- Inspect garments at different stages of production, including cutting, stitching, finishing, pressing, and final packing
- Ensure all garments meet company quality standards and customer specifications
- Check garment measurements according to approved size charts
- Inspect stitching quality, seam strength, alignment, symmetry, and overall workmanship
- Identify defects such as loose threads, fabric damage, stains, incorrect measurements, missing accessories, and finishing issues
- Coordinate with tailors, cutters, and production supervisors to correct defects before delivery
- Approve garments for final pressing and packing
- Maintain quality inspection records and daily reports
- Monitor compliance with production procedures and quality standards
- Provide feedback and guidance to production staff to improve quality and reduce rework
- Ensure customer alterations and bespoke garments are completed accurately according to measurements and design requirements
- Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Controller in a tailoring shop, garment factory, or fashion production environment
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, and fabric types
- Ability to read measurement charts and garment specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

- We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Quality Controller to join our tailoring and garment production team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet our company's quality standards before delivery to customers. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, fabrics, and finishing.
Key Responsibilities
