About the Role
Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC seeks a Quality Controller to ensure workshop processes meet Volkswagen dealer standards, conduct internal warranty audits, and manage quality management systems.

Responsibilities
- Ensure documentation of repairs, usage of correct labour operations and parts, accurate clocking, etc.
- Coordinate quality control process on completed jobs after mechanic/electrician finishes work.
- Verify that repair documentation is correct and completed properly using check sheets, PQIS, PRMS ticket/report, service book stamped, etc.
- Implement random inspection process for all completed work ready for collection, checking for damage and dirty marks.
- Implement random inspection process for work in process.
- Liaise with technicians, foremen & team leaders if required quality has not been achieved and report to management.
- Fully investigate and report to management on all instances of customer complaints of repeat repairs.
- Identify trends and training needs and coordinate with training department.
- Submit weekly report to management regarding quality of repairs completed, number of repeat repairs and subsequent actions.
- Conduct regular warranty self audit to ensure process compliance.
- Periodically review overall after sales processes and assess against best practice.
- Conduct regular meetings with team leaders/foremen to communicate improvement ideas.

Job Purpose
- To ensure the quality of workshop processes in line with Volkswagen dealer standards. Responsible for implementation and execution of internal warranty audits on a monthly basis, to introduce and manage quality management systems.
Accountabilities Quality Control

- Coordinate the quality control process on completed jobs after the mechanic/electrician has finished the work.
- Verify that the documentation for the repair is correct and completed properly.
- Implement a random inspection process for all completed work ready for collection.
- Implement a random inspection process for work in process.
- Liaise with technicians, foremen & team leaders if the required quality has not been achieved and report to management.
- Comply with the job task list as defined.

- Ensure that a weekly report is submitted to management regarding quality of repairs completed, number of repeat repairs and subsequent actions.
- Conduct a regular warranty self audit to ensure process compliance.
- Periodically review the overall after sales processes and assess them against best practice.
- Conduct regular meetings with team leaders/foremen using them as a basis for communication of improvement ideas.
- Liaise with concerned parties on all issues related to product quality by compiling reports on product failures and repeat repairs.
Personal Development
- Maintain a working knowledge of all up to date product bulletins from the manufacturer.
- Complete manufacturers online training programs as they become available.
- Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
