- Schedule inbound freight raw material
- Assist with receiving of raw material
- Completion and processing of all receiving documentation
- Testing of raw material including obtaining of samples
- Procure all plant supplies (Wood, PPE, Paint, etc)
- Maintain Plant supplies inventory
- File mill certifications
- Maintain all paperwork for quality audits (SSMA, ICC, etc)
- Pull mill certifications for orders
- Ensure calibration of all testing equipment including proper record keeping
- Verify quality sheets for completeness and accuracy
- Data entry of various information
- Any other duties required by supervisor
