AKA Interiors is hiring a Quality Control Specialist with at least 6 years of joinery quality control experience in the UAE. The role involves inspecting raw materials and finished joinery products, conducting in-process and final inspections, and working both in the factory and at project sites.

Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished joinery products
- Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct in process and final quality inspections
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain QC reports and inspection records
- Monitor quality during factory production and at project sites during installation
- Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Visit project sites to inspect installed joinery works
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in joinery quality control
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Practical experience in joinery production environments and machinery operations

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished joinery products.
- Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct in process and final quality inspections.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QC reports and inspection records.
- Monitor quality during factory production as well as at project sites during installation.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Visit project sites as required to inspect installed joinery works and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Must be hands on and able to work manually on the factory floor when required.
- Must be fully familiar with woodworking machinery and production equipment used in joinery works.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in joinery quality control.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Practical experience in joinery production environments and machinery operations.
