Quality Control Specialist II, Digital Enablement

Create detailed test reports, documenting results, defects, and test coverage.

Develop and maintain user guides, quality standards, and best practices related to Salesforce processes.

Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Act as a key point of contact between the Business Systems team and other departments for any Salesforce-related quality control activities.

Provide technical support and training to users on new Salesforce features, ensuring smooth transitions.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, ensuring the system's quality remains at a high standard.

The Talents We’re Seeking

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related degree or equivalent experience.

Salesforce Certification a plus.

ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester a plus.

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in quality control or testing roles, preferably in a Salesforce or CRM environment.

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and test case development.

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, data structures, and customization capabilities.

Experience with Salesforce and automated testing tools and methodologies.

Understanding of data migration and data quality principles within Salesforce.

Familiarity with business systems and processes, particularly in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs is a plus.
