Certification Strategy and Planning
- Develop certification roadmaps for HVAC&R and kitchen equipment products.
- Identify applicable standards and certification requirements for each target product category.
- Establish certification timelines, budgets, testing plans, and documentation requirements.
- Support management in selecting international certification agencies and laboratories.
Pre-Certification Activities
- Conduct product compliance gap assessments before certification applications.
- Review product designs, specifications, materials, components, and manufacturing processes against standards.
- Develop complete certification documentation packages and technical files.
- Coordinate internal and external product testing.
- Ensure calibration and traceability of testing instruments.
- Establish Factory Production Control and Quality Control procedures where required.
- Prepare manufacturing facilities for certification inspections and baseline audits.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Develop Inspection and Test Plans covering incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Develop Quality Control Plans for certified products.
- Ensure consistency between initial certified samples and ongoing production units.
- Maintain material traceability and critical component control.
- Manage non-conformance reports and execute corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the factory's manufacturing quality systems.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Control and Product Certification Engineer in HVAC&R.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,160.31 to AED 12,116.41 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
