Quality Control Officer - Warehouse

Role Purpose

Warehouse Quality Operations

• Support oversight of receiving, storage, and dispatch quality activities with the Assistant Manager, Warehouse Operations.
• Ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform incoming-goods checks for batch numbers, expiry dates, labels, packaging integrity, and shipment accuracy.
• Quarantine, document, and report damaged or non-conforming materials to quality and logistics teams.
• Monitor storage conditions and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Compare shipment contents with manifests, invoices, and orders and support compliant outbound processing.

Quality Systems and Compliance

• Maintain audit-ready checklists, inspection reports, deviation and CAPA records, temperature logs, and controlled SOP documentation.
• Identify temperature excursions and handling errors, support root cause analysis, and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
