Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage and oversee all inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Monitor product quality and process compliance throughout all operational stages.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and performance indicators to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate customer complaints and non conformance reports and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements related to quality operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related field
- At least 3 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQE, or equivalent preferred
