Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of furniture, joinery, upholstery, metal works, stone works, and fit out installations
- Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, BOQ requirements, and client expectations
- Perform incoming material inspections and verify material quality before production or installation
- Monitor production processes and site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify defects, non conformities, and quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions
- Conduct pre delivery and pre handover inspections
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and corrective action records
- Support implementation of quality management systems and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in quality control for joinery, interior fit out, or related fields
- Knowledge of shop drawings, specifications, and BOQ requirements
- Ability to conduct inspections and prepare quality documentation

Quality Inspection & Control
- Conduct quality inspections of furniture, joinery, upholstery, metal works, stone works, and fit out installations.
- Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, BOQ requirements, and client expectations.
- Perform incoming material inspections and verify material quality before production or installation.
- Monitor production processes and site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify defects, non conformities, and quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct pre delivery and pre handover inspections.
Production & Site Monitoring
- Carry out routine factory inspections during manufacturing stages.
- Inspect finished products before dispatch to project sites.
- Conduct site quality inspections during installation and snagging stages.
- Verify workmanship standards and installation quality.
- Ensure approved samples and mock ups are followed during execution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, NCRs (Non Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.
- Prepare quality audit reports and submit findings to management.
- Track recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain records of inspections, testing, approvals, and project quality documentation.
Continuous Improvement
- Support implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Design, and Project teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct awareness sessions on quality standards and best practices when required.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure quality activities comply with company policies and safety requirements.
- Follow UAE regulations, project specifications, and applicable quality standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
