Quality Control Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, standards, procedures, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and stage-wise inspections.
Verify incoming materials and coordinate laboratory testing of concrete, steel, soil, and other materials.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, method statements, and other quality records.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports, follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, clients, laboratories, and third-party inspectors.
Support third-party inspections and client audits and provide updates on quality status.
Ensure measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and maintain calibration records.
Conduct quality awareness sessions and guide site staff on quality procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
At least two years of experience in construction quality control is required.
Experience in building, infrastructure, or government projects is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards is preferred.

Standards and Compliance

Ensure compliance with Indian Standards, project specifications, client requirements, and safety and environmental standards.
Maintain quality in line with ISO standards, preferably ISO 9001.
