Summary
Surveying, testing, and inspecting electrical install to ensure conformance with standards. Check for irregularities and defects. Adhere to HUD and Texas State requirements and guidelines. Complete testing reports and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Utilize chcek sheet and inspect for electrical defects.
- Follow-up on repairs continuously.
- Personally inspect each item written up on the check sheet to verify that a quality repair has been made and that no other damage heappens during the repair process.
- Coordinates with electrical personnel to effectively resolve problems related to electrical defects.
- Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
High School degree or G.E.D. and one year related experience and/or training is preferred.
