Role Overview
The Quality Control Chemist performs chemical and physical testing in a regulated quality-control laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Test raw materials, packaging, in-process materials, and finished products using chemical and physical methods.
- Execute approved test methods and document results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Investigate out-of-specification and out-of-trend results.
- Support method transfer activities.
Minimum Profile
- Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a regulated quality-control laboratory.
