Job Summary
Test commercial and stability batch samples and release results within turnaround time.
Perform work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and established procedures.
Maintain accuracy, equipment readiness, and compliance in the bioassay laboratory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform bioassay testing and release data within defined timelines without executional errors.
- Prepare reagents and buffers according to the testing plan and ensure equipment availability.
- Document activities contemporaneously and conduct post-analysis self-checks.
- Support risk reporting, laboratory investigations, discrepancy closures, quality systems, and audits.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, sample storage, chemical labelling, and expired-material controls.
- Use calibrated equipment and perform equipment calibration, maintenance, and qualification.
- Resolve instrument issues, conduct root cause analyses, and train new team members on analytical techniques.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- M.Sc., M.Tech., or B.Tech. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field specified by the source.
- 6–10 years of minimum work experience.
