- Raise and maintain the quality of field services and technician competency
- Plan and conduct site inspections to assess service quality and resolve client issues
- Provide leadership and technical direction to supervisors and technicians
- Train technicians and field teams on IPM and HACCP standards
- Implement and maintain HACCP standards across applicable accounts
- Identify quality and compliance risks and ensure appropriate controls
- Prepare risk assessments and discrepancy reports for clients
- Support clients in achieving strong results in third party audits
- Lead setup and execution of quality requirements on new projects
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance within pest control or related field
- Knowledge of IPM and HACCP standards
- Leadership and team management skills

Overview
- Raise and maintain the quality of Trap's field services and the competency of its technicians.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct site inspections to assess service quality and resolve client issues on the ground.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to supervisors and technicians to improve service quality and the client experience.
- Train technicians and field teams on IPM and HACCP standards in line with client requirements.
- Implement and maintain the requirements needed to apply HACCP standards across applicable accounts.
- Identify quality and compliance risks at client sites and ensure appropriate controls are in place; coordinate with HSE on workplace safety matters.
- Prepare risk assessments and discrepancy reports for new and existing clients, driving proactive and preventive control measures.
- Support clients in achieving strong results in their third party audits and inspections.
- Lead the setup and execution of quality requirements on new projects and accounts.
