Responsibilities
- Implement quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and best practices for software products and systems
- Ensure software development processes comply with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the system development lifecycle
- Monitor adherence to development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, from requirements analysis through deployment
- Review business processes and development activities to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct quality audits, process reviews, and assessments to identify risks, gaps, and improvement areas
- Prepare quality assurance reports, metrics, and compliance documentation for management and stakeholders
- Ensure products and project deliverables meet approved quality standards and organizational requirements
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and operational efficiency
- Perform other quality related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Software Process Improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience implementing software quality standards, governance frameworks, and process improvement initiatives
- Hands on experience conducting quality audits, compliance reviews, and process assessments
- Knowledge of software quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000 1, ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, CSM, ITIL, ISO 9001, or ISO 20000 1 are highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- Strong English communication skills

Requirements

- Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Software Process Improvement.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
