Role Description

  • The Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across Lals Group’s operations and retail brands.
  • This full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates includes developing and implementing QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • The manager will lead quality audits, inspections, and testing activities, analyze data and reports to identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • The role involves close collaboration with operations, merchandising, supply chain, and mall management teams to ensure consistent product and service quality, as well as training staff on quality guidelines and best practices.
  • The manager will also prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control management, including development of policies, procedures, and audit frameworks.
  • Proficiency in quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, lean practices) and experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring, training, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
  • Experience in retail, mall management, distribution, or related sectors within the GCC region is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in the United Arab Emirates and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
