About the Role
Lindner India Construction is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out. The role involves implementing QA/QC management systems, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site
- Coordinate quality inspections with all site subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters
- Coordinate all receipt inspections
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
- Verify that quality related site activities are in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Participate in site internal and external site audits
- Coordinate all quality site inspections through site QC inspectors
- Ensure all quality control documentation is complied with and completed for as built handover
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
- Review customer specifications and undertake relevant training for site QC inspectors
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 3 5 years of professional experience as a QA/QC officer
- Extensive knowledge in locality process and procedure to execute a project
- Good understanding of construction and engineering technology
- Must speak Arabic and English
