About the Role
Join the Projects & Services team as a QA/QC Engineer for ELV, security systems, and ICT projects in the UAE.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes in line with approved designs, specifications, authority regulations, and company standards.
The role involves hands-on exposure to CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Intercom, Structured Cabling, AV, and related ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals for compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and inspect incoming materials and equipment.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities.
- Prepare Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Requests, test reports, and quality checklists.
- Monitor ELV installations and witness testing, commissioning, and integrated system testing.
- Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain NCRs, observation reports, and snag lists.
- Maintain quality records, support project handover, participate in audits, and report quality risks.
