Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) QC Inspector with strong experience in oil and gas projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical and instrumentation works comply with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation installations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct inspections for cable laying, glanding, termination, panels, and field instruments.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Minimum
- 5–6 years of experience
- in oil & gas projects.
- Experience working on ADNOC projects is
- highly preferred
- .
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Certification in QA/QC (e.g., CSWIP, BGAS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ADNOC approval (preferred).
- Previous UAE experience in oil & gas sector.
- Ability to work independently and handle site inspections efficiently.
