Pan Arabia Information Systems L.L.C. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer – Construction for construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees and implements quality assurance and quality control activities across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC procedures.
- Review specifications, drawings, approved materials, and applicable standards for compliance.
- Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, checklists, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate MIR, WIR, and related inspections.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Review material submittals, technical documents, test certificates, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate quality matters with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and project quality dossiers.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities where applicable.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and support as-built, handover, and final quality dossiers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Hands-on construction inspection and quality documentation experience.
- Knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, method statements, checklists, and QA/QC procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Strong understanding of construction specifications, drawings, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong technical reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Construction site inspections and project quality activities are part of the role.
