Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager will balance aviation industry compliance, analyst service, and software delivery quality.
The role will lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System and drive release quality across CAMP’s SaaS platforms.
The successful candidate will combine aviation quality assurance expertise with analytical and technical fluency in a data-driven software organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team and ensure high-quality products and services across aviation compliance and software platforms.
- Develop and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Oversee internal and external audits and resolve quality escapes through root cause analysis, corrective action, and SLA follow-up.
- Implement data-driven continuous improvement initiatives and mentor QA team members.
