Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (Gas Company – UAE)
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Manager** to oversee and implement quality control systems across our gas operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s **Quality Management System (QMS)**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE regulations**, industry standards, and safety requirements
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Conduct **internal audits**, inspections, and risk assessments across all departments
- Coordinate with operations, HSE, and logistics teams to enforce quality standards
- Manage documentation, procedures, and quality records in line with regulatory requirements
- Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
- Lead and train staff on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Quality Management, or related field**
- Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in quality assurance, preferably in **oil & gas or industrial sector**
- Strong knowledge of **ISO standards** (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems
- Familiarity with **UAE regulatory requirements** related to gas operations and safety
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in **English** (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Experience in handling **regulatory audits and compliance within the UAE**
- Knowledge of HSE standards and integration with quality systems
