Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Establish and monitor quality standards, policies, and procedures across all business functions
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor quality performance through KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management methodologies
- Collaborate with operations, production, engineering, and other departments to improve product and service quality
- Manage customer complaints, non conformance reports, and quality investigations
- Ensure supplier quality management and support vendor performance evaluations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, including leadership responsibilities
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Experience implementing quality systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage

About the Role

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards).
- Experience in internal auditing, compliance, CAPA, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management/reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
