Role overview

The company is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for perfume and manufacturing operations.

The role leads the QA function and ensures products meet quality, regulatory, and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team across all manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee incoming, in-process, and finished goods quality inspections.
  • Drive GMP, GLP, SOP, and quality system compliance throughout the factory.
  • Develop and implement quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures.
  • Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor supplier quality, vendor performance, and incoming material approvals.
  • Support new product development, product registration, and packaging approvals.
  • Ensure laboratory equipment calibration, stability studies, process validation, and environmental monitoring.
  • Analyze quality data, prepare management reports, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Regulatory teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, microbiology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO quality management systems, CAPA, process validation, and quality audits.
  • Experience in laboratory testing, quality systems, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar is an advantage.
