Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Rei Gil - Comércio e Prestação de Serviços (SU), Lda.
The Quality Assurance Manager will design, implement, and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures across services and internal processes.
The role involves planning and executing quality audits, reviewing documentation, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
The Quality Assurance Manager will investigate quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and track their effectiveness.
This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, deliver staff training on quality practices, and prepare clear reports for leadership on quality metrics and risks.
Qualifications
- Strong background in quality management systems, including creating, implementing, and improving quality policies, procedures, and controls.
- Experience with quality auditing, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
- Proficiency in documenting processes, preparing clear reports and dashboards, and working with data to monitor quality metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams remotely.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a part-time setting, and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Relevant education in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; professional quality certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the company’s services, or willingness to rapidly learn and apply them.
