Role Description
- Lead and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure products, services, and operational processes consistently meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, procedures, and performance metrics that support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance through audits, inspections, testing processes, and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive process optimization efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality teams while fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Operations Management, Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, risk assessment, auditing practices, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, quality standards, and continuous improvement principles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action planning, operational excellence, and quality assurance best practices is a plus.
