Role Overview

The QA Lead – Automation will own quality engineering strategy and build scalable automation practices across the company’s products.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on framework design, automation scripts, QA processes, mentoring, and engineering-wide quality standards.
Automation and Framework Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Develop automated test cases for critical business workflows and regression suites.
- Identify manual test cases suitable for automation and improve coverage, speed, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and evaluate new automation tools when required.
API, Backend, and CI/CD Testing
- Build and maintain API automation suites for REST APIs, integrations, backend services, and data flows.
- Validate API responses, business logic, error handling, authentication, and integrations.
