Manage various audits and ensure compliance with their specific requirements.
Analyze microbiological reports and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely preparation of foreign object and microbial reports.
Oversee the site’s adherence to specified hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the Maintenance department for upkeep of equipment.
Manage pest control and extermination activities.
Ensure standard specifications are implemented in the Receiving department.
Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules, detailing area and frequency.
Retain Hygiene Audit Reports and rectify discrepancies.
Monitor expenditures for cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Maintain temperature and processing records.
Monitor food, water, and ice cube quality.

Oversee swab tests of equipment, linen, and food handlers.
