- Participate in reviews of specifications and designs
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and industry standards
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Support audits and compliance activities where needed
Requirements
- Strong skills in Test Execution and Test Cases development
- Solid Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills
- Practical experience in Manual Testing
- Relevant experience in engineering or industrial environments, preferably in marine, manufacturing, or similar sectors
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, defect tracking tools, and documentation best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on site
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems and audit processes is an advantage

Role Description
- The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure that software and engineering related systems meet defined quality standards and operational requirements.
- Day to day tasks include performing manual testing, documenting test results, reporting defects, collaborating with development and engineering teams to resolve issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- The Quality Assurance Engineer will participate in reviews of specifications and designs, ensure adherence to company quality policies and industry standards, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, aligning testing activities with project timelines, and supporting audits and compliance activities where needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Execution and Test Cases development to validate functionality and performance against requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills to ensure systems and applications meet internal and external standards.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Manual Testing to identify defects and verify fixes in real world usage scenarios.
- Relevant experience in engineering or industrial environments, preferably in marine, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
