Position Summary
Arrow Off-Road Cambridge is part of Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, an engineering-focused provider of machined castings, fabrications, and assemblies.
The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the quality of finished goods and First Article or PPAP packages before customer shipment.
The role supports corrective action, continuous improvement, and the Quality Management System across QCI facilities.
Compensation
- Compensation ranges from $77,000 to $89,000 annually.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support First Article and PPAP data collection, submissions, and new-launch capability studies.
- Compile PPAP and First Article documentation for assigned programs.
- Participate in APQP activities, trials, design feasibility reviews, and advanced quality planning.
- Address GD&T, gauge design, testing, capability study, and control-plan quality issues.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Perform receiving inspections, dock audits, daily layered audits, and quality-record management.
- Coordinate dimensional evaluations, SPC studies, gauge R&R studies, and process capability studies.
