About the role
Serve as the final quality and user-experience checkpoint for the NEXUS platform.
Combine software validation with enterprise customer support and deployment troubleshooting.
Test both software and physical systems, including real-world operational edge cases.
Core responsibilities
- Test web applications, dashboards, APIs, device integrations, and monitoring workflows.
- Create functional, integration, regression, and full-system test plans.
- Use AI tools to scale test cases, QA documentation, bug reports, and support notes.
- Validate telemetry, alerting thresholds, reporting pipelines, and end-user workflows.
- Document anomalies with reproduction steps, diagnostic logs, telemetry, and expected behavior.
- Partner with engineering teams to reproduce issues, prioritize fixes, and verify releases.
- Support enterprise deployments and live troubleshooting initiatives.
- Maintain QA metrics, issue logs, release checklists, and technical manuals.
- Provide quality and customer insights to guide the product roadmap.
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA, product validation, or technical systems support.
