About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the implementation of the Contractor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities throughout all project phases
- Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality related issues
- Monitor project quality performance and prepare quality reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality objectives are achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects, preferably within the GCC
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role
- Recognized Lead Auditor qualification is mandatory
- Proven experience in high rise development projects
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and construction quality requirements
- Experience in monitoring Contractor’s Quality Management Plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience with PMC organizations is preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Control Manager to join our team in Riyadh and support the delivery of a major high rise construction
Key Responsibilities
