Description & Requirements
- MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance & Automated Script Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.
- The QA & Automated Script Engineer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the enterprise system testing efforts, including creating automated test scripts, responding to/implementing/documenting required testing protocols, and completing required tasks/actions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and interpreting required automated testing scripts targeted at core financial modules.
- Working with management, internal teams, and project authorities to successfully navigate massive regression testing cycles mandated prior to cloud platform updates.
- Documenting responses to financial testing requirements and updating test assertions as necessary while maintaining a robust library of automation documentation.
- Maintaining, updating, and conducting routine automated script executions across general ledger postings, procurement workflows, and OIC integrations.
- Maintaining system test baselines and configuration management items, including security event monitoring and compliance controls.
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all exact mathematical precision requirements.
- Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements based on extensive code reviews of scripts written by junior engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing infrastructure.
- Significant experience navigating complex end-to-end testing cycles and writing automated scripts for enterprise financial modules.
- Significant experience meeting complex testing logic requirements, especially as it relates to validating general ledger postings and accounting outcomes.
