Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Assistant supports warehouse quality programs, order verification, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement activities.
The role helps ensure products are picked, packed, inventoried, and shipped accurately while meeting health and safety standards.
Shift Schedule
- This role supports the afternoon warehouse shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with warehouse quality assurance programs and coordinate quality activities with warehouse leadership.
- Perform order quality checks to verify right-first-time picking and packing accuracy.
- Count inventory, conduct reviews and material assessments, and reconcile physical stock with system balances.
- Organize products, locate misplaced inventory, and report or investigate overages, shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies.
