Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect materials and workmanship, monitor construction and engineering activities, document findings, and prepare quality reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve non conformities, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in audits, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that all quality records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and quality control within engineering, construction, or oil and gas projects.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000 14000 standards, industry codes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in inspection techniques, testing procedures, documentation, and reporting of quality related activities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and non conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Solid communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working on site in the United Arab Emirates or similar regional environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Role Description
- The Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
