Description
Infor is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for its platform engineering team in Hyderabad.
This entry-level QA role validates UI functionality, service-level APIs, and agentic or LLM-backed components.
The role emphasizes engineering quality, product behavior, functional correctness, and responsible validation of AI-assisted capabilities.
Typical Day Responsibilities
- Write and execute test cases for Angular-based UI functionality and C#, Java, Python, and API service-level functionality.
- Test agentic and LLM-backed features and help build repeatable evaluation approaches for behavior that varies across runs.
- Log, track, retest, and verify defects with developers, product owners, and senior QA team members.
- Support regression testing as features, prompts, workflows, and product behavior evolve.
- Review AI-generated outputs for correctness, consistency, usefulness, and safe reliance.
- Document test results and communicate defects, risks, and observations clearly.
Basic Qualifications
- Have foundational QA and testing skills with strong aptitude for learning structured testing practices.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
