Position Overview
The company is seeking a QA Engineer with approximately three years of software testing experience in the logistics and supply chain domain.
The role supports the quality and reliability of logistics applications, including warehouse management, transportation management, and order fulfillment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for logistics applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for shipment tracking, inventory management, and order processing.
- Validate data flows between ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Conduct API testing for carrier APIs and warehouse automation integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and logistics subject-matter experts to clarify requirements and ensure coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of hands-on QA experience with exposure to logistics or supply chain systems.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
