Quality Analyst – Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Analyst – Inspector to join our Supplier Quality Management team across North America.

In this role, you will act as the first line of defense to protect production , ensuring supplier issues are detected early and contained before impacting operations.

You will be assigned to suppliers and will regularly travel to manufacturing sites to perform on-site quality oversight.

In your role, you will:

· Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity

· Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow

· Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances

· Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively

· Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions

As our ideal candidate,

· You hold a technical degree (Engineering or Aerospace preferred)

· You have experience in manufacturing or supplier quality inspection

· You demonstrate strong technical expertise and attention to detail

· You are hands-on, field-oriented and comfortable working on-site at suppliers

· You are able to make fast, sound decisions in dynamic environments

· You are flexible and available for frequent travel
