As a Quality Analyst , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and company quality standards while supporting the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

You will analyze quality data, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product safety and operational performance.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and report on QMS data, including non-conformances, audit findings, and cost of poor quality
• Participate in or lead investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support and promote the Safety Management System (SMS) and risk analysis activities
• Conduct internal quality audits (system, process, and product) to ensure compliance
• Monitor production processes and changes to ensure adherence to QA approvals and standards
• Track project progress to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with timelines
• Contribute to cross-functional projects including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide technical guidance on QMS, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements
• Promote and ensure adherence to all safety standards and report any unsafe conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a regulated industry
• Experience applying OEM manuals within production or manufacturing environments
