About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Quality Analyst to join our growing Quality team.

What You'Ll Be Doing
- Carrying out incoming inspections of materials, components and assemblies against approved specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Performing visual and dimensional inspections using measurement equipment such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
- Recording inspection results accurately within quality systems and maintaining traceability records.
- Identifying and documenting non-conforming materials and supporting quality investigations.
- Assisting with the collection and analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supporting production teams with component and material-related quality issues.
- Working with internal teams to help resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities and the ongoing development of inspection methods and procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and eager to develop their technical and quality knowledge.
Essential
- Degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in a scientific, engineering, manufacturing or quality-related discipline.
- Some experience within a manufacturing, production, laboratory, quality, inspection or engineering environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience carrying out inspections or quality checks.
- Familiarity with measurement equipment such as calipers, gauges or micrometers.
- Exposure to manufacturing or production processes.
- Experience reviewing technical drawings or specifications.
- Understanding of quality systems, non-conformances or root cause investigations.
- Experience within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
