Role Overview
Behealthy Restaurant is hiring a Junior Quality Controller.
The role focuses on food product quality, safety, storage, reporting, and regulatory follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality and safety of food products and materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and proper storage conditions.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports using Excel.
- Record observations and violations and submit reports to management.
- Prepare and follow up on municipality documents and requirements related to quality and food safety.
- Follow up on inspection requirements and health regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food quality, food safety, and health regulations.
- Ability to prepare and maintain quality reports using Excel.
- Ability to monitor expiry dates and proper storage conditions.
- Ability to prepare and follow up on municipality quality and food safety documents.
