Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take offs from structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, earthworks, and landscaping drawings
- Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with engineering and site teams
- Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VO), including measurement, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders
- Verify executed quantities on site and support preparation of interim and final payment documentation
- Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with quantities and BOQ items
- Maintain organized records of measurements, BOQs, VOs, and related correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer in building or infrastructure projects
- Strong practical knowledge of quantity take off, BOQ preparation, and variation orders
- Ability to read and interpret multi disciplinary drawings (structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, earthworks, landscaping)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Microsoft Excel
- Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama (mandatory)
