We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting for construction projects.
Requirements
- Certification in G+1 / G+4 construction projects is mandatory
- Proven experience as a QS Engineer in the construction field
- Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control
- Ability to prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
