- Perform audits as per plan monthly and report timely results
- Update established procedures and assist in preparing new procedures
- Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs
- Maintain and publish agreed KPIs, QI, and COQ for fabrication yard and projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and ensure root cause analysis
- Facilitate and lead project teams for process improvement implementation
- Coach and mentor process owners on trend analysis and data driven decision making
- Perform quality assurance review of management system documents
- Administer EDMS training and assign user rights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of relative industry experience in EPC construction or fabrication
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- ISO Auditor training (9001, 14001, 45001) or other QMS internal auditor training
- Strong understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts

Job Overview
